  (3) Technical review conducted by the Pesticide Inspection Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

  (4) The Pesticide Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs shall conduct the review if it meets the requirements; if it does not meet the requirements, notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.

  II. Data requirements

  Pesticide registration test unit certificate information changes mainly include: changes in the name of the pesticide registration test unit, the name of the legal representative (person in charge) and the residence. The following materials should be submitted: change application form, relevant change certification materials, standard operating procedures (SOP) of the test unit related to the change, and the pesticide registration test list involved in the change, and the provincial agricultural and rural authorities agree to the change.
